Founder & CEO
Prior to CENTRL, Sanjeev was Co-Founder and CEO of CashEdge, a financial technology company which was acquired by Fiserv in 2011. He continued as President of the CashEdge Division of Fiserv after the acquisition. Prior to starting CashEdge, Sanjeev was a Partner at McKinsey & Company in New York where he served major financial and technology companies. Sanjeev started his career at the United Nations Development Program in New York. Sanjeev has an MBA from Stanford Business School where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar, MA in Computer Science from Queens College/CUNY and MA in History from St. Stephens College, University of Delhi. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Primerica, Inc.
Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer
Chris is responsible for all operations, finance, sales, support & services. Chris brings deep operations experience across technology and financial industries. Prior to CENTRL, Chris was VP, US Banking, CashEdge Division at Fiserv and VP, Client Services at CashEdge prior to the acquisition. Additionally, Chris has held senior leadership and consulting positions with D+H/Fundtech, Guardian Analytics, BEA/ Oracle and Hewlett-Packard. Chris has an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and BS in Computer Science and Finance from Santa Clara University.
Chief Revenue Officer
Jason leads Sales, Lead Generation, Business Development, and Channel Partnerships at Centrl. He is an experienced revenue generation executive with over 25 years in Fintech. Before joining Centrl, Jason was the Chief Revenue Officer of LinkLive, a SaaS-based secure communication platform that leverages AI to improve customer experiences and reduce support costs. Before that, he was the Chief Revenue Officer at Facteus, a leader in democratizing data insights by safely unlocking valuable data sets. Additionally, he has held senior leadership roles at Fiserv, LendKey, and CashEdge. He received his B.S. in Business Marketing from the University of Idaho.
VP, Product Management
Shailesh is responsible for product management and design. He brings deep product management experience in financial and enterprise technology. Prior to CENTRL, Shailesh was Director of Product Management at Greendot where he managed consumer money movement products at retail point of sale. Before Greendot, Shailesh was the Director of Product Management at Fiserv and CashEdge. Previously, Shailesh has held product management positions at Merced Systems (acquired by NICE systems), and Serus Inc. (acquired by E2Open). Shailesh holds an MBA from the University of South Carolina and a BS in Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
Greg leads Product Engineering and QA. Greg has extensive experience in delivering highly secure systems in the financial and enterprise technology space. Prior to CENTRL, Greg was Senior Director, Core Engineering at Fiserv and at CashEdge before that. His responsibilities included architecture and the backend for the money movement products in digital payments. Prior to Cashedge, Greg was at Oracle/BEA. Greg has a BS in Computer Science from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
As General Counsel, Rupali is responsible for all legal and compliance functions. Prior to CENTRL, Rupali was General Counsel of CashEdge Inc. Rupali has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry covering corporate, IP and regulatory matters. Rupali earned her LLM from Columbia University and her LLB from Delhi University, India.
Jason is responsible for finance and accounting. Jason brings 15 years of strategic experience within tech at both large enterprises and high-growth startups. Jason previously led long-range strategic planning at Salesforce, building the business operating model and driving SaaS subscription economics. He built foundational systems, led fundraising and M&A as the head of finance and operations at Hipcamp. As one of the first FP&A leaders at Twitter, Jason helped the business achieve its first year of profitability. Other experience includes roles at Helix, Apple and Walmart. Jason holds a BS in both Business Administration and Entrepreneurship from the University of Arizona.
VP, Client Relations
Mike is responsible for leading CENTRL’s Client Relations organization. He has more than 22 years of experience in client relations, sales and management across a wide range of industries and solution offerings. Previously, Mike served as Vice President of Client Services at York Risk, a risk services and solutions organization. Prior to York, Mike was Vice President of Account Management, Digital Banking group at Fiserv (previously CashEdge). Earlier in his career, he held sales and account management roles at MasterCard and Princeton eCom (now part of ACI Worldwide). Mike holds a BS in Marketing from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
Head of Marketing
Alice is responsible for Global Marketing. She has more than 25 years of strategic marketing experience within the FinTech/Financial Services industry. Prior to joining CENTRL, Alice was the Owner and President of Bluegrass Media, a full service marketing agency exclusively supporting financial services firms globally. Clients included FIS Global, Hilliard Lyons (acquired by Baird), Backstop Solutions, among others. Previously, Alice has held marketing leadership positions at Associated Banc-Corp, FISERV, BMO Harris Bank, Baird and State Street Bank. She holds an MBA and BA from the University of Wisconsin.
VP, Systems Operations
Ronald is responsible for all network and technology operations. Ronald has extensive experience running highly secure operations for financial services and high volume transaction platforms. Prior to CENTRL, Ronald was VP, Technology Operations for the CashEdge division of Fiserv. His responsibilities included service delivery of the money movement and aggregation products. In this role, he oversaw systems platform architecture, application delivery, and security/compliance. Prior to CashEdge, Ronald was Director of Information Technology at EzRez/Switchfly where he led both customer facing production and internal technology teams. Ronald also previously held roles at Ellie Mae where he led the operations team and its SaaS operations.
VP, Professional Services
Gregory leads the team that serves as the liaison between clients, product, and engineering. His group onboards all customers and relays their feedback for future optimization. Highly driven, logical, and empathetic, he leverages his engineering and consulting background to scale operations. Prior to joining CENTRL in 2019, Gregory had 13 years of relevant professional experience, including managing customer success and presales at customer experience software company Medallia and consulting with Accenture for the French government. Gregory holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson and a masters in Computer Science from Telecom SudParis. He’s also a licensed pilot and a dedicated family man.
